Pickup and Shipping Policy

 There is a 30% restocking fee for fresh/perishable products and 15% restocking fee for dry goods/non perishable products. This applies to orders cancelled after the order deadline or not picked up.

 The transport you see when you place an order for pick up covers the cost of the truck, fuel and driver from our facility in Lobelville, TN to your pickup location. We keep the transport fee as low as possible.

 Transport for co-op pick up is based on weight with the following rates for most pickup locations:

1-10 LB - $2.90

11-20 LB - $3.80

21-30 LB - $4.50

31-40 LB - $5.50

41-60 LB - $7.25

61-80 LB - $9.25

81-100 LB - $11.00

101-150 LB - $14.99

151-200 LB - $18.99

201-270 LB - $24.99

271-400 LB - $36.99

401 LB and Up - $49.99

Carthage TN (Tractor Supply) BNF, Cookeville (Tractor Supply Parking Lot) BNF, Crossville TN, Knoxville TN (Petro Travel Center Parking Lot) BNF, Lebanon (KOA Campground) and Sparta TN (Synergy Herbal Works) have the following rates:

Pleasantville / Lobelville (BNF) has a flat rate of $2.50 because it is our at our facility.

 

Nationwide Shipping

 Our Nationwide Shipping is delivered by USPS and UPS. The rate that you see when you place a shipping order is an estimated rate, plus a handling percentage. The rates will vary depending on your order weight, size and your delivery address. We may change services if one ends up being more cost effective for us than the one you have chosen and it has a similar transit time to the service you selected at checkout.
